VISITING TEACHING:  Be aware that new Visiting Teaching assignments have been made.  If you did not receive your new assignment at church on Sunday, please contact a member of the Relief Society Presidency or a Visiting Teaching District Supervisor/Leader.

FAMILY PHOTOS:  Please update your family photo on the ward website.  In light of the Bishop's message to get to know the youth in the ward, a family photo alongside the directory's list of names is very helpful!

CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIES:  We have a few children who have severe allergies to nuts. There have been problems with nuts/nut products being left on the floor/tables, etc.  Would you help us keep them safe by being sure that any nut products you may bring to church are kept in their container--OR in the mouth they are intended for?  :)
Thank you!

 LESSONS:
Last Sunday’s Lesson:  Brityn Bennett taught a wonderful lesson on “Honesty”

RELIEF SOCIETY MEETING

FEBRUARY

Feb 8th we learned more about the journey toward financial peace. Everyone, from the novice to the pro should be able to take away at least one new approach.

“We encourage you wherever you may live in the world to prepare for adversity by looking to the condition of your finances. . . . If you have paid your debts and have a financial reserve, even though it be small, you and your family will feel more secure and enjoy greater peace in your hearts.” —The First Presidency, All Is Safely Gathered In: Family Finances
We all had a great time, learned a lot and we thank Heather Leake for the time she spent putting all this information together for all of us.  The spreadsheet google docs are posted, there are some more forms that I cannot get on this blog, may have to email the documents to everyone.  Thanks

DECEMBER

HOLY NIGHT
... it's the night of the dear Saviors birth...

December 7th Innsbrook Relief Society Meeting hosted by Innsbrook Relief Society on December 7th, 2010 @ 6:30pm.

We had a dinner, yummy dessert, and a lovely Christmas theme program.  For decorations many ladies brought nativities and lights had been strung up on the ceiling to really light up the night :)

Many sisters showed up, thanks for all your support at this busy time of year.  This helped make it truely a great evening.

The night started out with so many delicious soups, thank you so much for all of you that helped out.  The rolls and dessert we are very delicious as well, we got quite the treat tonight :)  There was also a nursery set up for the parents that needed some child care.  I know all of us thank the wonderful young women who volunteered their time to do that for us.  I know it really meant a lot!

The yummy food and some of the nativities below.

Brittany helped serve the delicious dessert!  A great server :)  Thanks!

Mingling, picture of the decorations, and a picture of the great turnout.

We had a short program, so thanks to all those that helped out and participated!!  You all did a wonderful job!
